What’s the difference between the session fee and the collection?
The session fee covers your time with Ryan: $150 for a single session or $300 for three seasonal sessions. The collection is what you take home, from $400 for Essential to $1,500 for Complete. A single session with Signature, for example, comes to $850 before tax and optional extras.
How do the seasonal sessions work?
You get three sessions with three hours total. Mix fall, winter, spring or a sports session, or repeat a season you love.
Can I get the digital files?
Yes. The Complete collection includes all final edited high-resolution digitals with permission for personal printing and sharing. You can also add the full digital collection to Essential or Signature for $500.
What are gift prints?
Mix 5×7s, 8×10s or sheets of eight wallets. Each print or wallet sheet counts as one selection. Choose different photographs or duplicates, and each wallet sheet uses one photograph.
I only need a yearbook photo. Can you help?
Yes. Yearbook-only portraits are quoted separately, using your school’s specifications, with the inclusions and total agreed in advance.
Where are sessions held?
On location, anywhere that means something to you. Session pricing applies to Braxton and Gilmer counties; travel fees may apply for other areas.
Applicable sales tax and optional extras are additional. Digital delivery includes final edited photographs, not RAW files or every image captured; Ryan Shaver Photography retains copyright. Canvas cropping and alternate sizes can be discussed when ordering. Download the senior pricing guide (PDF).
